Software guides you through the measurement process. Complicated calculations of angles and readings are taken care of by the program. So you can leave most of the thinking and all the difficult calculations to the measurement system. With a resolution of 0.001 mm, and durable, stabile design, the measurements are extremely precise. Regardless of what you measuring, the results will be of the utmost quality and taken in no time at all.
Adapted to your needs
The measurement system you choose depends on your application. We are able to offer turnkey systems for specific measurements, but in truth Easy-Laser® can be expanded, combined and upgraded to suit any of your measurement needs, now or in the future. For a universal measurement system for machine tools there are two main ways to go:
1. Start with an Easy-Laser® D600 basic system for geometry, with a dual-axis detector, and add a suitable laser transmitter and other accessories. This is the best option if you will not be measuring and aligning rotating machines.
2. If, in combination with alignment of machine tools, you are also working on alignment of rotating machines (e.g. pumps, motors, gearboxes, cardan-shaft-coupled machines), we recommend starting with the Easy-Laser® D525B shaft alignment system instead and adding a suitable laser transmitter and other accessories.
